Returns & Refunds policy

We have a 14 day exchange policy, you are entitled to an exchange or store credit, 14 days once receiving the item.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. This includes being unwashed, free of any scents/ perfumes/deodorants, and free of makeup and fake tan.

  • We do not offer returns on sale items

  • Customers must cover the postage cost to send the item back to us.

  • If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return your items for a Store Credit. We do not refund for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

  • If you purchased your items using a discount code, your store credit will be the final amount you paid for that item

  • We check all our items before sending out to customers. In the unlikely event of a faulty item please contact us.

  • We cannot accept returns on socks, hair claws, scrunchies and drink bottles For health & hygiene reasons.

  • If an item is damaged due to delivery courier please take a photo of the damages after receiving the item and contact us for a replacement of the item if in stock. We will not cover the cost of the delivery fee.
